PRLA Contact Us Members

The PRLA was created to ensure public safety and guarantee that
business and leisure travelers have a place to turn for professional,
reliable transportation.

As an organization, it also fights for the rights of limousine operators
across the Delaware Valley by maintaining strong ties with regulators,
hospitality venues and the Philadelphia International Airport.

The PRLA’s roots date back to 1982, with the formation of the Delaware
Valley Limousine Operators Association. The name of the association
was changed to the PRLA in 2001 to reflect the association’s focus on
issues affecting Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.

What’s New:
The PRLA board is proud to announce that we have worked through many of the major issues that we were facing with the PPA. Annual fees have been lowered to $200 per vehicle per year, down from $1,000. PPA inspections will be done randomly and will occur once every four years, rather than twice a year. The PPA made a number of other concessions and we urge operators to attend our next meeting to find out more. The PRLA is now encouraging all operators to register their vehicles.

Our Next Meeting Is:
September 14, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.

Location:
Spasso Italian Grill & Lounge
34 South Front Street, Philadelphia, PA,
